This was my first movie that I made with MS Paint and an Animated Gif Maker from Microsoft. It was my first step into a larger world...a better world. My blog was experiencing a downturn and I had to act fast...so I made this movie. Some of the stars of this movie have since been delinked for different reasons. It only took a few days to make this (keeping in mind this was all new to me at the time).
The story came about after the folks at Fakiegrind kept referring to some Book of Oldness. Since they left it wide open, I decided to use it, and also include Gist's famous FDR/Roosevelt obsession (which you can read further about in the Favorite Posts section). I spoofed some Indiana Jones scenes..and that was it.
It was very successful...(keeping in mind I didn't have many links back then). Everyone loved it..and I even had a few bloggers post about it.
Will I ever do a sequel? I don't know...

I laughed so much, I woke up Baby-bot!
And it was loading really slow at first, so I saved it and watched it twice, and both times it ended right as you're asking Mentok about the thing you sent, so I thought that was the ending! Like an abrupt ending ala so many of the adultswim cartoons, but then I came back to your page and it started over, and it loaded much quicker, and what do you know?! There was more! :)
Loved the "Somewhere in Canada" part, and right before we got to Germany where you smile...ha!

The special effects and action sequences are the highlight of this film. The plot is not so strong but it is rescued by a talented cast who carry off the dialogue with aplomb. I especially enjoyed Kevin Spacey in the role of the villain.
Oh, wait, that's my review of Superman Returns. Sorry. Yeah, your movie, it's pretty good too. ;-)
